Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact our support team at support@elevate.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
